We decided to open Hello House because of the feedback we received from our clients during our time at another Brokerage: Clients found the major brands intimidating, stuffy or outdated. Here at Hello House, we are just like you. We are a family, we budget, we plan for the future ahead and we want to feel understood and accepted. Our agents represent those ideals.
What we do
If you’re a Seller: We take a holistic approach driven by data. This means that we use all of the technology necessary to promote and target individual people who have demonstrated a home buying behavior by engaging with our content. Before listing your home, we use our experience and the feedback we receive from thousands of people across all internet platforms, to best guide us on what the buying public wants now. Based on this information, we advise on what your home’s “look” and price should be. All of this information gathered, helps us save time on the market and deliver an acceptable offer to you in record time.
Buyers
Buyers are tech savvy. They already use popular apps to search for what they want, we are here to help fine tune that search and perfect the process. We will fill in the informational gaps your search is missing and we will provide you all the information you need about homes you’re looking for. Once we find a home, we will guide you through the process of Offer Submission, Inspection, Appraisal and Closing. We are your advisors and we are with you from the beginning to the end.
Investors
We are investors too! We tour a potential home investments nearly everyday for our clients. It is because of this that we always have a portfolio of possible properties that are worth a look, we track them and we pounce when we believe the price is right. At Hello House we take a conservative approach to investing: You make your money going in. To us, this means that before we even make an offer, we have already derived an approximate resale value after the property is re-modeled, we have also calculated the cost to remodel it and we have determined a potential profit within a very conservative margin. So you will know how much money you can expect to profit before we even have a singed contract.
